1. The LocalFarmFood.co.uk website is operated by Trana eCommerce Ltd and use of it is governed by these Terms and Conditions. From time to time we may amend these Terms and Conditions and when we do so we will update the "last updated" date in the paragraph above.

2. LocalFarmFood.co.uk is a demonstration website which you are free to browse, add items into your basket, select a delivery, register as a customer and checkout an order.

3. No goods will be delivered, no money will be charged and no contract will be entered into.

4. Privacy and security
4.1. To checkout a demonstration order you will need to register as a customer. Any information you enter will be treated by us with care and security and we will not sell or rent your information to any third party.  Please see our full privacy statement for further details.

5. General
5.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the English Courts.
5.2. If any of these Terms and Conditions is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Terms and Conditions which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5.3. The content of the LocalFarmFood.co.uk website is protected by copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual rights. You are only permitted to use this material for your personal use in placing orders though LocalFarmFood.co.uk. You may not otherwise reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the content of LocalFarmFood.co.uk without written permission from us.
